indiepop is a music format project we developed in the winter of 2006. ErrorFM.com launched its second channel on July 1st 2007, solely dedicated towards the fine tuning of this ground breaking format. While internet radio has yet to be proven to become largely profitable, this format has caused rapid growth and is creating quite a buzz within the broadcasting industry. It's really a very simple idea that has the potential to go a very long way for the listener. The content should speak for itself, and with quality programming and music selection you really can't lose. To sum up the format in seven words: Irreverent, quirky, random, and wrapped in pop bliss.

Major acts make up the core of this project, from The Beatles and Weezer to The Feeling and Interpol. You will hear Elliott Smith, Rilo Kiley, Bright Eyes, Ben Folds, Dr. Dog, Oasis, Rooney, The Velvet Underground, Belle & Sebastian, Electric Light Orchestra, Bob Dylan, Ben Kweller, David Bowie, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Elvis Costello, and Andrew Bird- to name a few.

For a really current list of some of the music we play, run your mouse over whats on now, and you'll see the last 15 songs we played.

So, how do we do it all? We use a new-school design to schedule and play the music, and how the DJs get on the air. We created 40/200/400+* based on old designs from FM radio, and narrowed down the music list by making sure there is a legit and factual Wikipedia page for all the artists we collectively believed made up the core of the project.

indiepop is the next progression in rock radio, which has no specific catchy name or reference. We affectionately call this hybrid mix of music a Daddy & Daughter format. The industry will call it AAA. Our programming department has produced radio in Hollywood, Sweden, Portland Oregon, Chicago Illinois, Dublin Ireland... You've probably heard our work on the radio in your city.

We have music directors in all parts of the globe keeping the station relevant. And, some of the industry's best talent making the station it's own, living, breathing thing!
